Legacy blueberries

Legacy is a highly regarded mid-season variety known for its reliable production, vigorous growth, and excellent fruit quality. The plant grows upright and forms a strong, well-branched bush that reaches an average height of 1.6–2 meters. Thanks to its robust growth and winter hardiness, Legacy performs well in a variety of growing conditions.

The berries are medium to large, firm, light blue in color, and have an excellent, aromatic flavor. Legacy is known in commercial cultivation as one of the tastier varieties in this harvest segment. The fruits have a good shelf life and retain their quality during transport, making this variety popular in both the fresh market and direct sales.

Legacy ripens in the mid to late season, often just after Bluecrop, and produces a high and stable yield with uniformly placed clusters. The variety is also known for its strong field resistance and healthy growth type.
